Our orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Once the order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Destination: Colombia

All our orders to Colombia are shipped from our partner, MODAS Y DISEÑOS S.A.
Delivery Time: 3 – 10 business days once the order is shipped.
Rates:
  • For orders COP$150.000 or more: Free shipping
  • For orders under COP$149.000: Flat rate COP$15.000.

Tiempo de Envío: 3 – 10 días hábiles luego de generada la orden.
Costos de Envío:
  • Para órdenes mayor a $150.000: Envío Gratis
  • Para órdenes inferiores a $149.900: Tarifa fija COP$15.000

Destination: USA Continental and Central America

All our orders to the US are shipped from South America, through Fedex or DHL International Service.
Delivery Time: 3 – 10 business days once the order is shipped.
Rates:
  • For orders COP$600.000 or more: Free shipping
  • For orders under COP$599.000: Flat rate COP$70.000
We ship to APO addresses or P.O. boxes, however delayed handling time is expected.
All international orders will ship via FedEx International Service or DHL, and there may be additional duties, feeds or taxes at the time of delivery.
Please expect potential increased delays during heavy sale periods holidays.
Please note:
*Shipping companies can take up to 10 to 15 business days to process a claim. We are not responsible for lost, undelivered, delayed or damaged packages.
*International orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country customs department. We do not have control over such charges and cannot predict what may be.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

If you require any changes to your order prior to the shipping, including incorrect address details and/or item sizing, contact Customer Service by clicking here.

If your order has already been processed and shipped, GK doesn’t accepts responsibility for incorrect details entered.

Shipments that are rejected by the receiver will result in the customers incurring redirection fees.
